The Commerce Civic Center will be going through a complete renovation beginning January 2024. The Civic Center will become the central location for City Hall, Planning & Zoning, Utilities, Human Resources & Downtown Development offices on the top floor. City Court and City Council and Public meetings will be located in the building on the main floor. Event spaces will be located on the bottom floor.

Installation of Carpet Tile, Epoxy Flooring, Polished Concrete, Porcelain Tile, Ceramic Tile, Handmade Clay Tile, Marble Tile, Polished Lava Stone Tile, Glass Tile, Wood Floor, Rubber Base & Walk Off Mat.
